YOGURT SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Posted by Meryl (proud pinay)

I am not a fan of yogurt but when we went to the grocery store a few days ago, I asked my husband to buy several flavors. He doesn't like the taste of it either. Sometimes I just eat foods just for health reasons. Yogurt is high in Calcium and good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin D, and Phosphorus.

I want to share with you a simple recipe for a Yogurt Smoothie with less ingredients that my husband taught me. If you really don't like the texture and the taste of yogurt you can make a smoothie out of it.
Here's the recipe:
1 cup cube ice

1 6oz(170g) yogurt
2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup milk
1. Put all the ingredients in the blender.
2. Set the blender to whatever settings you like- liquefy puree, blend, whip etc.
3. Blend until you can't see chunks of ice anymore.
4. Pour in a glass and enjoy drinking!

Here's the nutrition facts (Yoplait Lowfat Yogurt):
