This is the continuation of my post about our Spring Season getaway at Shawnee National Forest (when the weather is nice and pretty cool). The scenic beauty of the Garden of the Gods lies in the forest of Shawnee located in Southern Illinois. The area is hundreds of millions years old and is covered by the scenic beauty of the old forest. The unique rock formations are pretty cool and look like various objects that you may think of, like a monkey face and more. There are two main trail systems at Garden of the Gods: the Observation Trail and the River-to-River Trail. The Observation Trail is the best known trail where you can see some spectacular views of the rock formations and the wilderness.
We enjoyed climbing the rocks even though the day after it my legs ached L.O.L! Well, that's a good exercise though since I have no exercise for a long time. Garden of the Gods is truly a great creation of God with the natural beauty of unique rock formations formed by weathering and other forms of nature.

enjoy na enjoy ka hehehe ganda talaga ng view sis, ako hnd nakakaikot dito kulang ng time. Hirap din kasi ng work ko, kapag day off pahinga na lang.
