My husband and I had a great time during the Independence Day together with some friends(at my brother-in-laws' house). We played pool (billiards), grilled and smoked foods like shish kabobs, ribs and chicken and had a good talk with friends. One of their Indian friends brought marinated chicken called tandoori chicken which is really good. We started to light fireworks late in the afternoon until night time.

Everyone is enjoying the firecrackers. One of their friends even climbed apole to light fireworks from the top!

Hello there Meryl! We got back since Sunday but wasn't able to visit blogs till now. They got sick (diarrhea) except me. We actually brought our son to the hospital today because he is fevered (still is till now.).
I would like to thank you all for the wonderful and encouraging words you said and left at my blogs. For the sympathy and prayers, and for those who shared their blessings to the family! May God bless you all for your compassionate hearts!
