FLA. MAN REPORTEDLY DROWNS IN HOT TUB AFTER DAY OF DRINKING
Posted by Meryl (proud pinay)Charles Collins Higgins, 48 years old, of Treasure Island was found floating face-down in a hot tub late Sunday night at a house in South Pasadena. According to the news, he was a guest of the home's 3 residents. Higgins spent the day drinking and watching football. He was alone in the hot tub for about half an hour before he was found dead.
