Charla Nash, 56, who was attacked and nearly killed in Stamford Connecticut on February 16 by a 200 pound chimpanzee named Travis, revealed her face Wednesday on 'The Oprah Winfrey Show' and shared heartbreaking details of her life since the attack.
Nash told Oprah that she is not in pain and she doesn't touch her face very often. She can't breathe through her nose and has to eat with a straw through a small hole where her mouth used to be. She lost both her hands, nose, an eyelid, and lips in the attack. Only recently did she learn that she'll no longer able to see because doctors removed her eyes due to an infection. Nash said she doesn't ask many questions about her injuries. Charla's family has filed a $50 million lawsuit against Herold, saying she was negligent and reckless for lacking the ability to control "a wild animal with violent propensities."

Hi mer, sorry to hear that u are having a hard time breathing sis. Although it is normal when u are preggy :)) U are lacking oxygen sis kaya ur experiencing shortness of breath. What you can do though is taking things slowly when u are active doing things. I hope u feel better, love yah!

Anyways, I read the comment on top of mine and just take it easy sis. Make sure you got pre-natal vitamins ha.
And you know I have 3 kids, so pleaseee do not hesitate to ask me questions if you are curious about something.
PS: I meant take it easy so you won't have a hard time breathing.

oh, my.. that is too bad for her. my first time to see her face. i thought it wasn't too bad.. i hope the doctors will do something to restore her face back..
