Francisco Hernandez Jr., a 13-year-old boy with Asperger's syndrome (a form of autism) who was missing in New York City for 11 days spent the entire time in the subway system. Marisela Garcia, the boy's mother feels police were slow to make the case a priority because she's a Mexican immigrant. Read more about the news here.

What a relief when his parents found him finally. Maybe the parents has to be careful not to really leave him alone knowing that he has a condition. There should be a friend or a teacher or just a concerned citizen who will watch over him when he is in school.
