PHYSICAL THERAPY SOFTWARE

Posted by Meryl (proud pinay)

I once become a physical therapist patient back home. I was treated to relieve the pain of my sore and aching muscles due to stress. Like patients, physical therapy businesses or hospitals need relief if they are experiencing tremendous headaches due to their poor billing practices. If thousands of dollars or more are lost each month because they simply neglect to verify patient's bill then they have to try an innovative software product that will help them with their business and will wash away all their billing problems. The Physical Therapy Billing Software is the key to the success of their business. With physical therapy billing software, billing statements on a daily basis will be generated and up to date, thus preventing the loss of money.

There are some points to consider before buying a physical therapy billing software product. These include: high quality software from a reputable software dealer, great features and services of the software, easy software installation, easy to understand or user-friendly, including error detectors, shortcuts at staff's disposal to sustain accuracy in insurance billing and easy and quick input recovery. Special features like filling insurance claims of patients electronically, managing accounts receivable, and tracking insurance claims should be included in Physical Therapy Billing Software.

With these software features, patients will be given quick response to their queries like insurance coverage and billing. It will also be easy for the user or staff to learn and access the software with little or minimum supervision or training.

FIVE FACTS ABOUT ME

Posted by Meryl (proud pinay)

This tag was given to me by Khaye, Jane and Siella. Thank you very much my dear blogger friends! I really appreciate this very nice tag.

Rules:
1. Post these rules on your blog.
2. Share 5 facts about yourself.
3. Tag 5 people at the end of your post by leaving their name as well as links to their blogs.
4. Link the person who tagged you.
5. Leave a comment for each blogger.

Five facts about me:
1. When I was still single I would rather fix electronic gadgets than do cooking. When I got married, I learned how to cook and loved it! (because if I will not learn how to, we will starve to death since my husband doesn't know how to cook either L.O.L! ).
2. I love to sing even if sometimes I don't know the lyrics of the song. I just make up my own lyrics and that makes my husband smile.
3. According to my younger sister, I am kinda childish sometimes. (Well, sometimes she acts like an elder sister to me hehe. She thinks maturely than me I guess).
4. I am a friendly, jolly and down to earth person.
5. I graduated in gradeschool and highschool with flying colors and those were a few of the priceless gifts that I offered to my parents. I graduated in college on time with a high grade point average even if I prefer not to be too serious in studies but I was active in joining competitions like quiz bee, cheering squad, singing competition and other clubs. I'm glad that I became a part of the corporate world after I graduated and could be of help to my parents . Now that I got married, my parents are always there to love and care for me. I owe to my parents what I am right now. Thank you and I love you so much mom and dad! ^_^ I miss you too.

Now, I will pass this tag to: Sweetdonut, madz(of myunrevealedthoughts) ,Lord, Joanne, Brilliam, Gigi, Weng, mommy grace and Glenda.

REYES BARBECUE RESTAURANT REVIEW

Posted by Meryl (proud pinay)

Do you know that the owner of the Reyes Barbeque came from the same clan as the owner of the legendary Aristocrat Restaurant?
Francisco Reyes, the owner of Reyes Barbeque had been working since he was a teenager in the family's food empire, the Aristocrat. Wayback, his aunt asked him to run the franchised outlets of Aristocrat at Shangrila Mall and SM North but when leases lapsed in the year 2001, he thought of a business to replace them. In late 2003, the two food court stores were replaced by his brand name - Reyes Barbecue. Now they have several branches and franchises in Metro Manila and nearby areas.

The chain focused mainly on high-quality grilled or barbecue foods which they do spectacularly well unlike the Aristocrat restaurant which offer almost all Filipino dishes. They offer dine-in menu meals such as boneless chicken barbecue, pork barbecue, grilled bangus belly, grilled pusit and grilled liempo. Their meals are generally served with java rice, sweetish atchara(shredded pickled papaya) and their famous peanut sauce, which is really good. Each meal has a nice presentation, the smell is really enticing and the taste of each will give you gastronomic satisfaction as well. I guess the Reyes Barbeque boneless chicken is the company's flagship product today! The chicken is absolutely moist, tender, and flavorful. I also like their grilled liempo(pork belly) which is meaty, tender, not too fatty and absolutely flavorful. So delicious.

You might wait for 10 minutes or less for the food to be served. The prices are reasonable and will make your dining experience a highly satisfying one. The settings of some of their restaurants are cozy enough for social gatherings.

Note: This is my review of Reyes Barbecue, Philippines based on my experience last year.

NATIONAL RELOCATION

Posted by Meryl (proud pinay)

I have a friend whom I met here in the U.S. and is currently looking for homes for rent. Their family will be transferring soon in Alabama because her husband will be assigned there for work. It was difficult for them to look for homes for rent whenever they transfer before so I suggested them to visit a very useful site where they can find an easy and free service for finding homes, apartments, townhouses, duplexes for rent and condo rentals across the United States. Now, it is easier for them to search for houses in Alabama where they wanted to live in. Actually, they already found their dream home!

If ever my husband will work in another state across the U.S. after finishing his PhD. I will also use this very useful site. They give all the information you need like the address of the house, price, property description, move-in specials, lease information, utilities, policies, area, interior and exterior of the house and community within the place. They also provide pictures where you can actually see the outside and inside view of the house. They actually give you the full detail! Very useful, Isn't it?

FIRST BABY OF MY SISTER-IN-LAW

Posted by Meryl (proud pinay)

I would like to congratulate my sister-in-law and her husband for having a cute bouncing baby boy! During the months when the baby was not yet born we were all guessing the gender of the baby because my sister-in-law prefer not to know it until she gave birth. It is really a great feeling to have a new addition to our family. My husband and I are also excited to travel in Texas to see him in person few months from now.

Welcome to the real world my new nephew! He is sleeping very peacefully ^_^
When I saw the baby picture sent by my sister-in-law, I told my husband that they look alike! That's why I call my husband "BIG (Name of the Baby)". Here's the two day old picture of my husband:

--two day old picture of my husband and he seems angry in the picture hehe! look at his wrinkles hehe!--
What do you think? Do both of them look alike?

ARISTOCRAT RESTAURANT REVIEW

Posted by Meryl (proud pinay)

Are you looking for a Filipino Restaurant serving flavorful barbecues? Aristocrat Restaurant is one of the Filipino Restaurants in Metro Manila and nearby areas serving good tasting barbecue! It is a 73 year-old Filipino restaurant that has been around since 1936, very old indeed!

You can browse through their menu of a wide variety of dishes with delicious pictures of their house specialties. My favorite food to order of course is barbecue, their house specialty. They have the "Aristocrat Chicken Barbecue", pork spareribs barbecue, Aristocrat Pork Barbecue and boneless chicken barbecue. I love the tender and flavorful grilled Chicken barbecue marinated in their signature barbecue marinade. It is served with Java rice which gives a perfect complimentary flavor to the barbecue. Atchara (pickled unripe papaya) as the side dish which is sweet and has a mild tart taste, balances the taste of the whole dish. Their delicious Java sauce as a dipping is really great and gives delightful taste. So Yummy!

They also have a wide variety of savory dishes-pork, beef, chicken, seafood and vegetable dishes, barbecue, noodles, sandwiches, dessert, soup, appetizers and other foods for snacking. Mouth watering pork dishes include crispy pata, lechon kawali, sinigang na baboy, lumpiang shanghai and tokwa't baboy. Bulalo, sinigang na baka, mechado, kaldereta, kare-kare and corned beef are a few of their beef dishes while chicken dishes include Chicken honey, chicken and Pork Adobo, South China Chicken. Their flavorful seafood dishes include paksiw na bangus, sinigang na bangus, sinigang na hipon and a lot more. Chopseuy, pinakbet and ampalaya con carne are really healthful vegetable dishes. For your beverage, you can choose juices, shakes, tea, canned softdrinks or bottled water. Solo meals and Big shot combo meals are available too.

You will be truly satisfied with their good tasting food but items are a bit pricey. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The service is just right, though you might wait for a few minutes before the food is served. Their famous Chicken Barbecue is definitely a must try!

Note: This is my review of Aristocrat Restaurant, Philippines based on my experience last year.

THE FIVE PREFERRED/FAVORITE WEDDING SONG MEME

Posted by Meryl (proud pinay)

I was tagged by Phebie with this interesting meme. I wasn't able to post it right away even though it's just a simple tag because I'm not feeling well yesterday. I was able to blog hop for an hour but then I stopped, my apologies to some of my friends who I wasn't able to visit.

Fotline.ws

--my husband and I on our wedding day(we are of the same age, same interests, same beliefs and same attitude towards marriage)--

Anyway, here are my five preferred/favorite wedding songs:
1. The Way You Look Tonight - this song was sang by my dad during our grand entrance in the reception.
2. She - this song is one of my dad's favorite. He was choosing between this song and the first one I mentioned that he wanted to sing for our grand entrance.
3. From This Moment - this song was sang by my friend and a schoolmate for our church wedding.
4. Forevermore - this is a song by one of my favorite bands, Side A.
5. EveryThing I Do I Do It For You - this is one of the songs that my co-choir members sang in the reception.

The above mentioned are only a few of my preferred/favorite wedding songs.

Meme Rules:
1.Choose any song that fits the event. Any artist and genre will do.
2.Post your answers and tag five people in your list.
3. Don't forget to mention and link the person who invited you to play.

Now, I will pass this tag to Grace Draper and You. Feel free to grab this tag.

ARE YOU A GENIUS? TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM

Posted by Meryl (proud pinay)

Yesterday, I received a message from Sue asking if I could help her solve a problem posted in her blog.

I visited her site and I was prompted with the subject "Are you a genius?" in her recent post, with the question "Who can turn the pyramid upside down by moving only 3 coins. Can you help me to do it?"
Here's the image on her post :
It is quite an interesting problem to solve but I've seen on the comment section that someone already solved it and gave the right answer. It seems a fun game so I approached my husband and showed the image, not showing the answer of course. My husband is so eager to solve it because he loves challenges! hahaha.

If you want to, you may spend extra time to solve this pretty interesting problem before scrolling.

Hmmmm...Did my husband succeed in solving the problem?
Let's see...(scroll down please)

Wow he did it in just a few seconds! ^_^
Congratulations honey!

I asked him to re demonstrate it so I can take pictures
on how he did it and share it with you.
Hope you also enjoyed this puzzling problem.

What do you think about this problem? Is it interesting?

SIX UNIMPORTANT THINGS THAT MAKE ME HAPPY

Posted by Meryl (proud pinay)

I was tagged by my friend here in blogosphere,Chuchie. Thank you so much Chuchie and sorry for posting this tag late because I am still thinking of 2 things to complete this "6 Unimportant Things That Make Me Happy" coz I didn't bring most of my "abubot" or "kikaystuff" from the Philippines when I got here in US.

Anyway, here are the six unimportant things that make me happy:

1.Scented candles and Incense Sticks(flower scented). I just love the aroma of scented candles because their smell are quite relaxing and keep our house fragrant. I usually light these scented candles or incense sticks after I cook for my hubby to eliminate the food smell inside the house.2.Keychains- I bought these "bakya" or slipper key chains when I was in the Philippines. I like them because they are simply cute and ofcourse made in my hometown, Philippines.3.Cosmetics. I love cosmetics even though I don't use most of them, I just keep them in my kit or just put in the bathroom for display.
4. My Teddy Bears. They are simply cute to look at. (brings out the kid in me! hehe)5.Jewelry/accessories-I love wearing jewelry especially the colorful ones to match the clothes I am wearing. (feeling teenager? hehe.)6. Flowing water. This flowing water displayed inside our house is relaxing to look at and the sound of it is quite relaxing as well.
"I consider these things unimportant because I can live without them but somehow these things make me happy."

I will not pass this tag to those who were mentioned by Chuchie so I am tagging Rose (of All About my Life) , Jessieca and YOU! Feel free to grab this tag.
