Castle of Chaos in Branson Missouri is the World's first 5D ride Haunted Attraction. We were given glasses and once inside we buckled ourselves into armchairs with pistols ready at our sides for laser-shooting. Castle of Chaos has heart-pounding motion and special effects. It is a fright ride and a battle game. In this castle you will discover the fate of Carli Winepeg, a young actress and 1920s horror film star who mysteriously disappeared with all her film crew in a dark medieval castle in Transylvania while shooting the epic film Castle of Chaos. The mystery has not been solved. It's funny when girls screamed including me when bats were flying out of the screen and over our heads while attacking us because it was as if it was real. It was also because our seats are motion based and there was wind that blew at the side of our face and above our head that came out of the seat and surprised us. Water sprayed on us, while smoke and foul scents were other effects that we were surprised of. There were other cool parts, one of which is wherein as if something was crawling past your legs, but I wont reveal which part it is so as not to spoil it for anyone who wants to try the attraction. Your score will be shown on the screen once the game is done.
Right before the Castle of Chaos we tried Hanna's Maze of Mirrors which was pretty fun. It's funny when we went through different doors. It's really hard to beat the maze unless you know the strategy. At first it's hard to find where the exit was but then my husband did the fireman strategy and we made it to the exit. By the way, just want to share with you when we were in the maze, one of the kids about 6-8 years old inside the maze cried and was so scared feeling that she was really lost and so she and her mom just used the emergency exit instead. It so happened that we went at Hanna's Maze of Mirrors and Castle of Chaos because the staff at Hollywood Wax Museum asked us if we wanted to try it, which is just beside the museum, so we gave it a try. I guess it's like a combo pack. If you're not a fan of playing interactive video games you may not find Castle of Chaos appealing but if you are a person who loves playing video games with special effects you may like this.

THE LITTLE MERMAID - SHILOH PEPIN DIED AT AGE 10

Posted by Meryl (proud pinay)

About 2 weeks ago we were able to watch the show on television about Shiloh Pepin of Portland, Maine, a 5th grader at Kennebunkport Consolidated School in Maine who received national recognition as the 'Mermaid Girl' after an appearance on ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’ and a special on TLC. She was born with a condition known as "mermaid syndrome" but then she died from pneumonia October 23 at the age of ten after being hospitalized in critical condition for nearly a week.

Shiloh Peppin was born with fused legs, a congenital disorder known as Sirenomeli. She did not undergo surgery because her blood vessels crossed from side to side and would have been severed. She had no rectum, no genitalia, no uterus, no bladder, only 6 inches of large colon and only one partially working kidney. Medical experts predicted she would only survive for days after her birth due to her condition.

Maureen King, the chairman of the board of the regional school district said "She was such a shining personality in that building". Watch the video here.

SILVER DOLLAR CITY, BRANSON, MISSOURI (REVIEW)

Posted by Meryl (proud pinay)

It got colder on our second day at Branson, Missouri, down to 45 degrees F (7.2 deg C). But even though it's kinda chilly we had so much fun . Right before we went to the Hollywood Wax Museum and Hannah's Maze of Mirrors & Castle Of Chaos we went to Silver Dollar City. We spent almost our entire day at Silver Dollar City enjoying fun filled rides, buying souvenirs, crafts and other items, watching craftsmen demonstrate how to make pots, baskets, rings and we enjoyed other fun activities as well. We left the place at around 5:30 then we arrived at our next destination (Hollywood Wax Museum) at around 6PM. Hollywood Wax Museum closes late at night. Aside from the helicopter ride that we had on our first day, Silver Dollar City is the next most costly attraction we experienced but it's definitely worth it!!! I would recommend Branson as your travel destination! ^_^

FAVORITE ACCESSORIES

Posted by Meryl (proud pinay)

Girls really like to accessorize themselves especially on special occasions or gatherings. The topic for this week on Niko's Girl Talk is about our favorite accessories.

My favorite accessories are my rings and the necklace given to me by my husband. I also consider them as my most important, memorable and valuable possessions I have.

I also love wearing different kinds of accessories with different styles and colors to match the clothes I'm wearing.

Scroll down please...
We got married in the year 2008 when we're both about to turn 28 years old.
Its been more than a year now since we got married and I am always wearing my
wedding ring which symbolizes our marriage.

When my husband proposed to me, he kneeled in front of me and gave me the
engagement ring which symbolizes commitment, promise of ultimate love and
devotion. I almost jumped for joy when I heard the words "Will you marry me?".
Oh my, I giggled and said a big "YES, Of course!" and we kissed and hugged. I'm
glad we were still alive after we hugged each other so tightly coz it is as if there is
no tomorrow. L.O.L!

Here's my favorite necklace that my husband gave me as a surprise gift. It has a
heart-shaped pendant with diamonds on it. I love the style of it and I really love
it because it was given to me by my loveydubs hehe.

Here are the rest of my accessories and I love to match them with
the color of the clothes I am wearing or match it with the occasions I am attending.
Oh by the way, I sooooooo like the white watch that sistah Dhemz gave me. ^_^
